EOSDN's Leadership Academy was established by the Board of Directors in 2012 to provide a forum for collaboration around issues of applied leadership, putting knowledge, skills, research and policy into practice. Academy candidates focus on leadership for implementation – being effective when working in, working on and working beyond one’s schools or portfolios in collaboration with others.
